1. Objective and use of the Website

The objective of these General Conditions is to stipulate the use of the website currently found at the URL without prejudice to any specific conditions which may apply to some services or contents within the Corporate Website.

Accessing and using the Corporate Website is free and does not require registering as a user. Nevertheless, access to and the use of certain information and services available on the Corporate Website may only be done after first registering as a user.

In case of users registering by means of IDs and passwords, said IDs and passwords will belong exclusively to those users to whom they are assigned. Under their sole responsibility, users must protect and ensure the confidentiality of their IDs and passwords and, as such, assume any and all responsibility for any harm, damage or consequence which might arise from their disclosure.

2. Use of the Website and Derived Responsibility

TOTAL LASER may make any modification to the Corporate Website it considers pertinent, including modifying any additional services or content than those currently available, or even eliminate these. TOTAL LASER may change its Corporate Website whenever it deems appropriate and may block user access to a part or all of the Corporate Website to make any necessary change or repair at any given moment. In no case shall TOTAL LASER be held responsible for the system´s incorrect functioning if the latter is due to the incorrect configuration of the users´ computer equipment or if said equipment does not have the capacity required to be able to use the service. TOTAL LASER commits itself to carry out every effort possible to maintain the information and content on the Corporate Website up to date, though the user expressly understands that there may be incorrect elements within the contents and services detailed on the Corporate Website which, in this case, TOTAL LASER will attempt to correct as soon as possible upon learning of their existence.

In no way shall TOTAL LASER be held responsible for the user´s use of the Corporate Website. The user will abstain from using the Corporate Website or the resources made available on the latter to violate any intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to TOTAL LASER or third parties, and he/she will refrain from any activities which may violate the honour, personal or family privacy of any third party, the image of any third party and he/she will refrain from carrying out any acts which may be considered illicit or immoral and, in any case, will not hold TOTAL LASER liable for any judicial or extra-judicial suit which may arise as a result of said use. The user will abstain from destroying, altering or disabling by any means any online programme or document belonging to TOTAL LASER and he/she will abstain from introducing or transmitting any programme, virus, applet or any physical or electronic instrument which may cause or be liable to cause any type of alteration within Internet, the system or third-party computers. 3. Use of Information and Copyright

The intellectual property rights of the information, data, content, databases, designs, source code, navigational structure and other services and products included in the Corporate Website are the exclusive property of TOTAL LASER. The user commits himself/herself to not violate any related industrial or intellectual property rights and is expressly prohibited from copying these in whole or in part, publicly communicating or distributing them or using them in any manner without TOTAL LASER´s express written permission. The user commits himself/herself to use the information and services exclusively for his/her own purposes and to not carry out any direct or indirect commercial use of the services he/she has access to by using the Corporate Website without TOTAL LASER´s express written permission. The user may not use any Corporate Website feature or capacity to carry out or suggest activities which are prohibited by law or to attempt to attract users to other competing services.

All the distinctive marks, such as brands, trade names, etc., which appear in the Corporate Website are protected by current legislation regarding brands.
